Kirkcaldy Central Mosque Since 1976
We have and continue to strive towards the avocation of peace and harmony of society through faith, affection and tolerance. The Mosque warmly welcomes all visitors of every faith and backgrounds to visit and discover more about the practices of Islam.
Islamic circles took place at individual homes
Prior to this, Islamic circles took place at individual homes on a weekly basis. The local community travelled far and wide to attend Jummah, Taraweeh and Eid prayers, to ensure their children received an Islamic education and to ask important questions for guidance in life.
Since 2013
Active effort in taking Islam to the local community.
The struggle, the desire and most importantly the dua’s of the elders delivered the Kirkcaldy Central Mosque. May Allah swt bless them in this life and the next. Ameen.
At the masjid today we have a full time Imams. Five daily, Jummah, Taraweeh & Eid prayers. Classes for all ages, covering Tafseer and Tajweed of the Holy Quran. An active effort in taking Islam to the local community.
